At The Logic Academy, we value trust and satisfaction. This policy ensures fairness in refund requests while maintaining the integrity of our services. While refunds are available under certain conditions, we also recognize that value extends beyond transactions, ensuring that all engagements remain mutually beneficial.

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • If you are dissatisfied with the service received, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery.
  • A video consultation is required to discuss your concerns, as we believe in understanding before resolving.
  • Refunds apply only to services provided and do not cover digital products (e.g., courses, memberships, or subscriptions), as knowledge, once gained, cannot be returned.

3. Fair Use and Limitations

To uphold fairness while preventing misuse:

  • Refund requests are reviewed individually, ensuring they align with the nature of the service provided.
  • Clients who submit multiple refund requests or fail to provide a valid rationale may be ineligible for future services.
  • Dissatisfaction does not inherently imply failure, and we prioritize resolution over reversal—meaning alternatives may be proposed before refunds are issued.

To initiate a refund request:

  2. Provide your order details and a clear explanation of your request.
  3. Attend a video consultation, where we assess the situation and explore solutions before resolution.

5. Refund Approvals and Disbursement

  • If a refund is approved, processing occurs within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • If a refund is not granted, alternative solutions—such as service revisions or additional resources—may be provided.
  • A refund is not the only solution; it is simply one potential outcome.
